For bulk assessments, pricing is on the basis that multiple assessments can be made on single visit,  all EPC’s would be completed within 12-24hrs of inspection. 

Property Inventories will be completed within 48hrs of inspection.

Fee's relate to properties within a 5 mile radius of Plymouth city center, Geographically remote properties, or those of exceptionally complex or unusual construction, may require fee negotiation.

There is currently no vat to pay for my services this however may change in the future .
